These terms apply to your use of the Diturio website (the “site”), which is run by Diturio shpk (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site describes Diturio, software that helps organizations turn their own documents into training, answers and compliance records. Using the Diturio service itself, as a customer or as a person invited by a customer, is covered by a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the service.

The policies, conversations, lists and figures shown on the site are examples that illustrate how Diturio works. They are not real customer data and are not advice. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but descriptions of features may change.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Courts in Tirana, Albania have jurisdiction over disputes about the site, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
