Who we are

This policy explains how Diturio shpk (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on the Diturio website. We are the controller of the information described here. Contact details are at the end.

What we collect

The site has no accounts and no forms. We receive personal information only in these ways:

  • When you email us (for example to book a demo): your name, email address, organization and whatever you write to us.
  • Technical data that our hosting provider ([Hosting provider]) records when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is standard server logging.
  • Fonts from Google. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads. Google’s own policy describes how it uses that data.

Why we use it

We use your email and message to reply to you and to arrange a demo or follow-up. We use technical data to keep the site working and secure. Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in running the site and responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

We share information only with providers that help us run the site and handle email, under agreements that limit how they can use it: our hosting provider, our email provider ([Email provider]), and Google (fonts, as described above). We may disclose information if the law requires it. If we transfer information outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. We store that choice, and only that, in your browser’s local storage under the name diturio-consent. It is strictly necessary to remember your decision, and it is kept for 12 months before we ask again.

If we add analytics, it will load only after you choose “Accept all” or turn on “Analytics” under “Customize”. “Reject all” keeps it off. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship and the period the law requires afterwards. We then delete them or anonymize them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for [number of days] days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to our use based on legitimate interests at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@diturio.ai. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania, or the authority where you live).

The Diturio service

This policy covers the website only. When an organization uses Diturio, that organization decides which documents and which people’s information go into the service, and we process that information for it under our agreement with them, including data protection terms. If you use Diturio through your employer, your employer’s privacy notice applies to that information.

Children

The site is meant for business visitors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will point out important changes on this page.
